Private lessons
Ashtanga Yoga can be difficult to learn in a big group as there is some real subtlety to the combination of breath and movement. If you miss this, or don’t get the personal attention you might need, you can leave the class feeling more frustrated and frazzled than stretched and soothed.
The beauty of learning yoga like this is that the practice can be developed at exactly the pace which is appropriate for you so you’ll end up getting much more out of the sessions and making progress at a much faster pace.

Sessions of either 60 or 90 minutes, based on the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga, will be tailored specifically for you. Whether you have a regular practice, or have never set foot on a yoga mat, a private lesson can provide the perfect experience for promoting a feeling of relaxation and general wellbeing – physically, emotionally and spiritually!
Lessons can be taught in your own home, if space allows, or in a private studio in Cheltenham.
